We know that some businesses have need for larger facilities. Including space to park large mobile cranes, ground moving equipment, trucks, spare parts, additional stock, and so on. Two of our units have this capacity, offering more than five thousand square meters (5000 m2) open areas.
There are two entrances to the park, one is exclusively for motor vehicles, the other for larger vehicles, including interlink trucks. The roads, fencing and supply of water and electricity to the units are maintained by the management of the business park.
Once the lease terms are agreed, the deposit secures your industrial or commercial unit, and you have a local business address! This enables you to tender for mining contracts and be rewarded extra points as a local business.
